• Use the Service to provide regulated investment advice to third parties, or to resell, syndicate, or rebrand TradeGPT outputs.
• Scrape, mirror, or automate access to the Service outside published, authorized interfaces.
• Reverse-engineer, probe for vulnerabilities, or attempt to extract model weights or prompts.
• Upload content that infringes third-party rights, is illegal, hateful, harassing, or sexual in nature.
• Use the Service to facilitate market manipulation, insider trading, money laundering, or sanctions evasion.
• Send malware, attempt denial-of-service attacks, or interfere with other users.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.

Enforcement

We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy, and may report unlawful activity to authorities. Report abuse to support@tradegptchart.com.
