End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a binding contract between you and TradeGPT (India) governing your use of the TradeGPT iPhone app (the “App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to this EULA.

1. License grant

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms.

2. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, sublicense, rent, lease, or commercially exploit the App or its outputs. Automated bulk access is prohibited.

3. Updates

We may release updates that fix bugs, improve performance, or add features. Some updates may be required to keep using the App.

4. Apple-specific terms

This EULA is concluded between you and us only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App, its content, or any claims arising from it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you. Maintenance and support are our responsibility, not Apple's. In the event the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. We are responsible for product-liability, IP infringement, and regulatory-conformance claims. You confirm you are not in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited parties.

5. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated by you or us. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply. On termination, you must stop using the App and delete it from your devices.
