Refund Policy

How refunds work

All TradeGPT subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Apple is the merchant of record and handles every refund. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → TradeGPT to manage your plan).

Cancellations

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time at least 24 hours before the end of your current period. Access continues to the end of the paid period. Unused portions of a free trial are forfeited when a subscription begins.

Statutory rights

• United Kingdom. Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies; digital content must be of satisfactory quality.
• European Union. The 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content typically does not apply once the service is supplied with your express consent, you waive it by starting use immediately. Where it does apply, contact us and Apple to coordinate.
• Australia. Our service comes with consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
• India. Consumer Protection Act, 2019 applies.
• United States & Canada. Refunds remain at Apple's discretion under the App Store terms; statutory rights vary by state/province.
