Subprocessors

We use a small number of vetted third-party providers (“subprocessors”) to deliver TradeGPT. Each one operates under a written data-processing agreement and only receives the data it strictly needs. This page is updated whenever we add or change a provider.

Active subprocessors

• Apple Inc. (US), App Store distribution and subscription billing.
• RevenueCat, Inc. (US), subscription entitlement and receipt management. Receives Apple transaction identifiers and anonymous app user IDs; never receives card data or your Apple ID.
• Cloudflare, Inc. (Global edge), application hosting, CDN, DDoS protection, edge compute.
• Rork / toolkit AI gateway (US), inference proxy that routes chart-analysis requests to the model providers below under enterprise terms.
• Google LLC (US), Gemini model inference on submitted chart images (primary provider) under enterprise terms. Inputs are not used to train public models.
• OpenAI, L.L.C. (US), AI model inference on submitted chart images (fallback provider) under enterprise terms. Inputs are not used to train public models.

International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the EEA, UK, or other jurisdictions with adequacy rules, we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (2021), the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, and equivalent safeguards.

Notifications of changes
